As part of our Recruitment team you will help the recrutiment consultants to give an outstanding recruitment service by managing the customer service and administrative aspects of their roles. This will include a wide range of responsibilities including:
• Interview co-ordination
• Briefing candidates on new opportunities as they arise
• Regular service calls to candidates, keeping them informed and updating our records with any changes in their situations or requirements
• Management of data on our recruitment administration database
• Writing job advertisements
• Use of online job boards
• Handling incoming candidate queries
• Office management and other duties as required
You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a regular basis, so a confident telephone manner and persuasive personality are essential in order to be effective in the role. Previous experience in a similar recruitment or support role would be an advantage.
