I joined Aker Solutions in 1995 as a payroll adminstor. In 2005 I moved into recruitment my role was helping to recruit contractors into our various sites around the UK within the metals, water, chemicals, power and nuclear sectors of the business. In 2008 I was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant and was made first point of contact for recruitment for Aker Solutions E&C in Stockton and Aker Process Ltd in Solent.
